1 Double Trundle Bed (sleeps 2). Cozy, main floor bedroom. Single Daybed with pop up trundle to convert to standard double. Cozy and comfortable.

There is a great mix of cafes to while away the hours, lounges to enjoy some micro brews, eclectic diners, and fine West coast cuisine restaurants.
• Ocean is located less than 1 minute away. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is large pebbles. Wonderful trails wind along the beach allowing you to walk all the way to Sechelt and even Gibsons. Bring your comfortable shoes for incomparable beach combing opportunities!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 500 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $85 per visit.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
