• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. Landscape, only steps to water, traces through trees and ferns down to sundeck on the water. Beach is very quiet and private.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
