This guest cottage is nearby another guest cottage Unit #22018. If you have a larger party and rent both cottages at the same time then both units can have access to the spa. If both cottages are not rented at the same time then the spa cannot be shared and is private to this unit.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). World famous "Sedona Golf Resort" and "The Village of Oakcreek Country Club" are just a short 10 minute drive away.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Snowbowl is a beautiful drive up Oakcreek Canyon. Snowbowl ski resort is located in Flagstaff in the magnificent San Francisco Peaks at 12,000 feet.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This unit is within a short walk to an array of fine dining, art galleries and specialty gift shops. The most famous of which is Tlaquepaque. Another 5 minutes and you are in the historical "Uptown Sedona" which has hundreds of specialty shops and historic restaurants. Also within walking distance is beautiful Oak Creek with private areas for picnics and fishing.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
