This unit is located nearby to cottage unit id 22013, but has a private deck and is a totally separate stand-alone cottage. If you have a larger party it is great to rent both units because they are located nearby and then the hot tub can be accessed by both units. However, if both units are not rented at the same time then there will not be a hot tub available to this cottage due to the fact that the hot tub is on the deck of the other cottage id 22013.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Snowbowl is a beautiful drive up Oakcreek Canyon. Snowbowl ski resort is located in Flagstaff in the magnificent San Francisco Peaks at 12,000 feet.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Within a short walk to an array of fine dining, art galleries and specialty gift shops - the most famous of which is Tlaquepaque. Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM.
