This vacation house caters to short-term visitors - typical stays are 3-14 nights. The house is fully stocked (linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, various kinds of soap, spices, condiments, etc.), so guests will only need to buy their own groceries. The unique floorplan is ideal for several couples traveling together or for families / larger parties who desire more privacy. Each bedroom is on its own separate hallway, and has its own bathroom.

There are architectural glass inserts in the upper wall of the Master Bedroom. 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The Yellow Bedroom Suite has a private door to the Spanish Bathroom. Carpeting in the bedroom. Sedona red earth textured tiled floor in the bathroom.

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Family Room has a door that closes to the hallway for privacy and a clothes closet. The Family Room is next to the Spanish Bathroom and shares it with the Yellow Bedroom. In addition to the Queen sleeper sofa, the Family Room also has a regular sofa and a matching loveseat. The Family Room is spacious with 400 sq ft and is carpeted.

The home is not in a subdivision - it's in a very private country neighborhood. Situated on a high desert mesa completely encircled by mountains. 360-degree panoramic views from the Sedona Red Rocks to the Mingus Mountain range. The lights of Jerome can be seen twinkling in the dark to the west. The mesa is bordered down below on two sides by Oak Creek. This Sedona neighborhood is noted for its views, wildlife, and the pueblo style custom homes. It is upscale and very safe. All of the lots are 1.6 acres minimum and are mostly unfenced (except for horse corrals), giving it that wide-open Southwestern feeling. There are numerous hiking, biking, and ATV trails in the immediate surrounding area. The home is within walking distance to a county park along Oak Creek. The park has grassy lawns, a pond, and easy access to the creek. It also has a children's playground, basketball hoop, volleyball court, dirt running track, covered picnic tables with BBQ grills, and restrooms.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.

100% for up to 3 night stays.
50% for longer than 3 night stays if reservation made more than 60 days in advance.

There is a $100 fee for cancellation or for changing the entire block of arrival/departure dates no matter when notification is given (extensions-arriving earlier or staying later-will not incur this fee).
Security Deposit will not be refunded if evidence of smoking and/or pets are detected in the home. Security Deposit refunded 100% for cancellation.
Cleaning Fee ($150 - collected by the owner) refunded 100% for cancellation.
