An attractive 18th century country house, which has retained many original features such as low beams and exposed stonework, the house is furnished in a traditional vein to evidence its heritage. The grounds provide a peaceful setting including some natural shade for total holiday relaxation. Amenities are only 5km away in Seillans and the lively resort of St. Raphael/Fréjus are an easy drive for a morning of shopping or an afternoon at the beach. Boat hire is available at Lac St. Cassien, only 20 minutes drive. Also close by is Grasse, famous for its perfumeries, and Cannes with its internationally renowned film festival, boat excursions and firework displays in summer. Parking. Swimming pool (12m x 5m, depth 0.8m to 2m) with alarm. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
