Beautiful modern, Mediterranean-style villa (250 m2) situated in an elevated position overlooking the sea in the south-western part of Sicily in the residential area of Marinella di Selinunte. Peaceful position. Beautiful sea view. Covered parking inside the property.
DISTANCES: 800 m the renowned Archeological site of Selinunte and the town of Selinunte (basic necessity shops). The villa is situated 150 m away, as the crow flies, from the sea (sandy beach and cliffs) and can be reached on foot (approx. 250 m away) by means of a private path inside the property that leads directly to the entrance of the protected stretch of coastline (sandy beaches). 15 km Castelvetrano (all kinds of shops), 35 km Sciacca (important and charming centre renowned for its fish market).
ACCOMMODATION: Upper gr. fl.: access from an internal courtyard with car park. Going up a few stairs you access the living/dining room with fireplace (TV) and access onto a large equipped terrace with sea view. From the terrace going down a few stairs you access a second terrace equipped with built-in kitchen (large dining table for outdoor dining and barbecue), gate for going down to the sea. From the living room side access to an outdoor area with built-in shower cabin 9with door), 1 kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), laundry room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath, WC (washbasin, bidet). Cable radio in all of the rooms. A highchair is available. There is a small cement basketball court on the property. On request possibility of cook for lunches/dinners (50 Euros, groceries not included). Comfortable furniture. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
