Holiday cottage obtained from the restoration of an ancient farming room set inside a small private property, in the open countryside, on a gentle hill that slopes down towards the sea. Peaceful position. Panoramic views of the countryside, reaching as far as the sea 4 km away as the crow flies and 6 km by car. In front of the house there is a large equipped terrace as well as a citrus fruit orchard and on the side is a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with large built-in barbecue and pizza oven. A small oval swimming pool (4X8) can be used by the guests. Car park with remote controlled gate. DISTANCES: 3 km Menfi (all kinds of shops), 6 km the sandy beaches of the Fiori area, approx. 10 km away is a stretch of the beautiful coast with rocky cliffs and sandy inlets (natural reserve) and Portopalo tourist bathing resort with sandy beaches (small port for sports craft), 12 km Selinunte (important archeological site), 18 km Sciacca one of the most characteristic town in the south-west of Sicily, 70 km Agrigento (valle dei templi).
ACCOMMODATION: (70 m2) Gr. fl.: large living/dining room (satellite TV, hi-fi, hot/cold air conditioning) with divan bed and two accesses to the outside, kitchen corner (oven), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 storage room (washing machine and freezer). 1st fl. attic: 1 double bedroom with air conditioner, 1 single bedroom, 1 large sunny and equipped terrace with view of the countryside and of the sea in the distance. New, simple but complete and functional furnishings.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
