The kitchen is fully equipped with modern cupboards a gas hob and small electric oven/grill/rotiserie with a washable carpet on the floor
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The bedroom is in the apex of the roof above the kitchen and bathroom. It is not possible to stand up but plenty of room to sit up in bed etc. The cabin is really for two people but with two extra single beds it is possible to accomodate a family of 4. There is an extra single atteress in the bedroom with also a further mattress in the bathroom covered by a wooden "box" that can act as a base to be put in the lounge
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, one basin and bidet.
The view is quite simply outstanding facing South and looking up the mountains and counryside to Serramonacesca embedded in the hills
There is a small river that disects our land ideal and safe for children to play in etc
• Pescara Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. Ryan Air have one flight a day from the UK and also Frankfurt Rome is just under 2 hours away by Autostrade accross the Appenines. All major Car Rental firms available
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Type of transit is Train. Manopello Staion or Chieti. Aslo many buses/coaches stop at Chieti and Pescara from Rome etc.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). The mountin is 2700 metres with several lifts, schools equipment hire etc at Passo Lanciano
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are several excellent restaurants with 10-20 minutes drive
• Beach is located within a 25 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: Tennis, Football and Basbetball pitches in village of Serramonacesca just a few minutes walking
All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
A booking/security deposit of 200 Euros is required to secure the booking. This would be refunded 7-10 days after final departure. The full rent must be paid within 8 weeks of arrival

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
