The cottage is a 200 year stone farmhouse that has been restored to a high specification (as we will retire there) and has astounding views of the surrounding mountains. Situated just 5 minutes from the small village of Serramonacesca, 20 minutes from the sandy beaches of Pescara (same lattitude as Rome , but on the Adriatic sea), and 30 minutes from the bottom of the chair lift (2700 meter high - so plenty of snow in the winter), this charming old farm house offers both good skiing (winter) and wonderful swimming in the Adriatic (summer) - but tranquility at all times! A holiday for all the family.

There are three double bedrooms for up to 7 people with extra "Bed in a Bag" double beds and a Poolhouse (at the end of a 12m swimming pool that could be used as an extra bedroom if necessary with two single beds.

Although not specially designed for disabled people, the 2nd bathroom and 3rd bedroom are located on the ground floor.
