Two-family farmhouse that has been entirely renovated and situated on a hillside, along the road that leads to the small medieval village of Vinacciano. Beautiful views of the countryside and the plane of Pistoia. Near the house, inside the property with olive-tree grove terracings, you will find the swimming pool (5x10) with garden furniture, a terrace and a pergola equipped for outdoor dining and from where you can enjoy a beautiful panorama. It is possible to purchase olive oil and wine produced on the farm. Parking. DISTANCES: 2 km grocercy shops, 3 km grocercy shops and supermarket, 6 km Pistoia (restaurants, all kinds of shops), 10 km Montecatini Terme (golf club), 25 km Florence, 37 km Lucca, 50 km from the famous beaches of the Versilia.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
