Country manor house (800 m2) situated in the Apennine mountains of Umbria and Marche (700 m a.s.l.) recently enlarged and transformed into a large tourist receptive structure, equipped for accommodating groups of friends or families with children. Very peaceful and reserved position. Broad views of the surrounding hills and woods. Large grassy areas and swimming pool (7x15) at the guests' disposal. The owners run an important beauty farm 20 km away (10% discount offered on the entrance to the pool) . The car park on the property is accessed by a stretch of private road. It is possible to book the accommodation for 19-27 sleeping spaces under the name LUCARAIA 27; in this case the 4 bedrooms will be closed and in the manor house only the large lounge with billiards will be available. DISTANCES: 1.3 km from an excellent and reasonably priced trattoria, 6 km the towns of Apecchio and Serravalle, 27 km Città di Castello, the gateway to Tuscany with the city of Arezzo only 60 km away, 45 km Gubbio and Urbino, cities of art among the most important of the Marche region and home to an old university, 70 km the Adriatic sea and the beaches of Fano (sandy).
ACCOMMODATION: The structure is made up of a manor villa and an extension of the same.
Gr. fl.: Large dining room (air conditioning with a heat exchanger) with access to the covered terrace equipped with a dining table and to the swimming pool area, kitchen (oven, 2 fridges one of which with freezer, industrial size dishwasher), 1 bathroom with shower. Access to the kitchen and the dining room only from outside. 4 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower, 3 double bedrooms with an additional 3rd bed each with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedrooms that communicates with 1 twin bedded room (lit by a skylight) that is a passageway to 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom (30 m2) suitable for disabled persons with an additional 3rd bed, it is possible to have a 4th pullout bed and bathroom with shower, 1 single bedroom with a 2nd pullout bed. Each bedroom has air conditioning with a heat exchanger. Except for the bedroom that is suitable for disabled persons, all of the other bedrooms access the bathroom by going up two steps.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
