Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to two night's rent) is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 8:00 AM and check out before 2:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 6 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
