This bedroom is on the opposite end of the house from the Master Bedroom -
great for privacy.

The entire unit faces the water and the mountains.
The glaciers on White Cap Mountain can be seen at all times of the day.
Those travelling to this vacation home will experience some of B.C.'s most awesome scenery. The area was the original Gold and Trading Trail during the Gold Rush years. The towns of Goldbridge and Bralorne are still there and are active. The town of Pioneer was mostly destroyed. If this is something you are interested in, these towns are all within 2 hours drive from the unit. Great days excursion for history buffs. BBQ available for your convenience

Airport is in Lillooet, approximately 1 1/4 hours from Unit.
Their is a small train that runs from our Unit area to Lillooet each day
sometimes twice depending on need.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Golf course is in Lillooet.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Good dining is in Lillooet. There is Pub type dining approximately 15 minutes by car in the town Seton Portage.
Beer and Wine also available at the Pub. Hard liquor available in Lilloette
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock. This unit is on the water and guests have their own beach and dock.
Stairs from unit deck go directly to lower deck and dock. Approximately
20 stairs to water from Unit.
Boat launching ramp 5 minutes away.
Small deck attached to dock with 2 chairs for relaxation. The
Beach has a fire pit and wood is supplied for evening fires.
This is a non-restricted Lake. Speed Boats are allowed. Can launch boat
5 minutes from unit.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
