Sun Star Shuttle Service available. The drive from the airport is approximately 1 Hour and 15 mins - 50 kms.
The walk to the Fitness/Activity Center (pool, hot tubs, ice rink) is only 10 - 15 minutes from the unit and the walk to the Resort Center is about 20 minutes.
There are 1 courses within a walking or driving distance. Unspecified are a 20 minute walk from the property.
The ski runs are behind the complex. Settler's Crossing is Ski in/Ski out to Mount Morrisey
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 1 nights rent.
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment & Deposits:
A deposit equal to the room rate and applicable taxes for one night per week of your stay is due at the time your booking is made. If your booking spans more than one rate period, the deposit will consist of the average nightly rate plus taxes.
You have 14 days from the time of booking to cancel your reservation, less a $25 administration fee. After this 14 day period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
The remaining balance becomes due, in full, 1 month prior to arrival, and is non-refundable.
You, the registered guest, are responsible for payment for all nights reserved, regardless of the actual arrival or departure date.
IF ANY PAYMENTS ARE IN DEFAULT, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT NOTICE.
