McGillvary Lake is a 10 minute drive/taxi from the property. The beach gradient is steep and drops off immediately. There is a public dock and boat lift.
McGillvrary Lake is great for kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, and fishing.
Ski/Board Out is directly to a downhill run from the property. Look for "Q-9" on Resort Map.

Sun Peaks Property Rental
My 'bear buddies' and I hung out above the fireplace infront of the livingroom window alot, to enjoy the amazing forest views.

The outdoor hot tub had the same views of the trees. We really enjoyed the privacy of the location.

The 'Three Mountains-One Village' motto of Sun Peaks is really true! I found it most unusual to see ski runs across the valley from us when we were on the slopes. And our January vacation here happened when there was a foot of snowfall one night; how great!

We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen in the evenings when we cooked our meals. And having a BBQ in winter was a treat, too.

We 'cocooned' at the unit in the evenings after being on the slopes and in the village during the day. Whoever designed these loveseats with the recliners built in, sure knew what I'd like!

This cosy vacation home is well set up, and the owner is very organized. It was a pleasure to be here!

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
