The view from the unit is dazzling. Located on the slope of Serra da Arrábida, its background is the mouth of River Sado, its meeting with the Atlantic Ocean and all the life which thrives in both. During the day, this scenery is speckled here and there by all sorts of boats, from large ships being towed in and out of the harbour to little sail or fishing boats. Occasionally, one might catch a glimpse of dolphins. By night, a blanket of little twinkling city lights, spreading from the castle over Setúbal and across the river to Tróia peninsula, makes us feel like we're living in a Sherazade's "One thousand and one nights" tale.
Quinta dos Moinhos de S. Filipe is located in Setúbal. The property has two completely equipped windmills, hosting up to 4 persons each. The property has an area of 3 hectares. There is a panoramic swimming pool, a fitness circuit, and a playground for the children. There are picnic zones, with tables and benches to sit comfortably in the shade of trees, swirling paths amid gardens with wooden benches here and there, always in the right place, so you can enjoy the view.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). Nearest golf course is in Troia peninsula, across the river. Ferry link connection available.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Distance to Setubal city centre is around 1,5 Km.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The walk and transit to or from ocean is less than 20 minutes
Distance to nearest beach is 2 Km.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: EUR 11 per day.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
