2 Double Futon Beds (sleeps 4). There are 2 Futon Beds located in the Great Room, offering sleeping for 2 adults or up to 4 children. The Great Room overlooks the beautiful creek directly below, and guests will fall asleep to the sounds of waterfalls. Also, a wood burning stove provides ambiance to this room. Many of our guests prefer to sleep in this room rather than the bedrooms for this reason.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 50.00 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
