    Payment Details
    The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    No refunds for checks written in excess of amount due.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
