Fabulous, safe, South facing and sunny 2 bedroom furnished condo on a quiet, private 6 acre waterfront resort of only 30 units. Newly decorated in Tuscany style, leather furniture, queen-canopy bed in large master and separate bunk room with its own TV for children.

Amenities include moorage and boat launch with enclosed swim area and sandy beach. Tennis court, pool and sauna as well as 3 acre, four-hole, par three golf course right on site. Lovely restaurants within a five minute drive. Just 30 minutes from Victoria, British Columbia.

    • The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The dock is private. There is room for 20 boats.     Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
