We are at the prow of the resort with fabulous views of the lake just 100 meters from our deck. This upper unit is quiet and private. The master bedroom and the bunk rooms overlook the trees.

• Golf: The unit is located on Shawnigan 4 hole par 3.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). 3 fabulous restaurants within 15 minutes of Shawnigan Beach Resort. Two of these restaurants are waterfront.
• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The dock is private. There is room for 20 boats. There is a dock as well as one space for your boat. Next to the dock is a private swim area with a swim float for the children. Water is clean and safe. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
