1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Large bedroom with dresser, bookcase, towel drawers and large closet. Queen bed with two nightside tables. Room for playpen or crib.

• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a Par 4 course at the resort and a full 18 hole course within 10 minutes. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Approximately 2 hours from the world class Mt Washington Ski Resort and a ferry ride to the mainland to drive to Whistler/Blackcomb resort. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Within a 15 minute walk (3 minute drive) is the town of Shawnigan lake which has shopping, dining and grocery stores. 30 minutes away is the capital city of Victoria, world reknown for shopping, tourist attractions and fine dining. • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. This units is less than 50 feet to the lake, with only grass between the unit and the sand lakefront beach. The ocean is less than a 15 minute drive away. Beach is designed for swimming and water sports. There is a swimming dock, roped off swimming area and fine sand beaches for tanning and playing. There is a separate boat dock for mooring boats and many areas to waterski and fish.
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
