Rustic 65 year old cabin, 2 bedroom (sleeps 1 - 5), on private lot surrounded by stately tall trees nestled at the base of Mt Baldy over looking Shawnigan Lake. Just a stones throw to the lake and the shared dock. Newly renovated in 2006. Many amenities will make your stay comfortable, relaxing and pleasant. Enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, from the dock. Relax on the covered porch or open deck. Short walk to licensed restaurant, marina and water equipment rentals. Village is less than 2 km, offering convenience stores, boutiques and more. We are here to help you have a great vacation!

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
If reservation is canceled less than 60 days before arrival, payment will be refunded only if unit is re-rented. There will be an additional service charge for use of PayPal.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
