Water front, stylishly furnished, cozy, newly (2006) renovated studio style Lake House with a vaulted ceiling, floor length windows and magnificent views of Shawnigan Lake and hills beyond. Located on the sunny east side of the lake. In-door/out-door living with a large sundeck and patio furnishings. Although, dock is shared with our other rental property there is room for your boat! A full kitchen features an entertainment island for in-door dining. A very comfortable LaZBoy sleep sofa with adjustable Slumber Air queen size mattress, 300 count linens, plush towels and more!

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    If reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, payments will be refunded only if unit is re-rented. There will be an additional service charge for use of PayPal.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
