Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 2.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
