Shawigan Beach Resort is a 15 minute walk/five minute drive to Shawnigan Lake School. Brentwood School is a twenty minute drive.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are 4 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). A local convenience store is a 15 minute walk. 45 minute drive to shopping malls in Nanaimo.
• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The dock is private. There is room for 1 boats. Their is no holding a spot when out on the lake for the day. If away from the property the boat must be taken out of the water.
• Nearby Attractions: Tennis court, boarding schools close by, downtown Victoria is 30 to 45 minutes away. Duncan is 20 minute drive.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of rent & 100 cleaning fee required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
