Guests may arrive on any day of the week.
Full Board: Means that our house cooks will do all the catering. They will buy and cook the food and suggest menus with excellent fish dishes. Basic vegetables and fruits are all available. Full board is 60$/person/day and 30$ for children under 12. Alcoholic beverages are not included.
Self Catering: Means you still have the services of our cook. You can choose to do you own shopping or have our staff do it and keep a record of expenses. Luxury food items should be brought with you.

We have a cook that normally prepares every meal. He knows basic Italian dishes and whatever you are ready to teach him, plus local dishes.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, two basins and bidet.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, two basins and bidet.
Bathroom 3 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and two basins.
Bathroom 4 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, two basins and bidet.
Bathroom 5 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 6 has toilet, bathtub and one basin.
The home is located at the beginning of the sand dunes. From the upstairs dining and lounging area, you have a magnificent view of Manda Bay island in front or to the right of 7 miles of deserted beach. Once in a while the camels pass by or a group of donkeys. You can see the dhows sailing by or thousands of bird at low tide, feeding on the sand bars.
The owner has a little Lhasa Apso dog, a Maincoon cat and a parrot that live on the property. The parrot is in a cage outside but the cat and the dog usually roam around the house. If you do not wish to have the animals, it is possible that they stay with the staff, but remember, this is usually their house.
• Lamu (LAU) Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). The famous Pepponi hotel in Shela is a 10 minute walk. Otherwise there are a few good restaurants in Lamu town.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Beach Equipment: Powerboat and Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: Dhow sailing at sunset, windsurfing, kite surfing, diving, deep sea fishing, canoeing, kayaking, water skiing, and just relaxing, you can also jog on the beach or read a good book. The place is full of interesting people.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
