1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Master bedroom has old world decor, queen size bed, washbasin, three windows, built in closet, drawers, dressing table, large room with its own private bathroom next door;

1 Single/Twin Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Single/Twin Trundle Bed (sleeps 1). 1 full size single bed, with additional slide out bed under neath; smaller attic room, with two roof windows and exposed beams; shares shower and bathroom with one other room; dressing table;

The cottage is in a lane behind the old Alms House, most windows look out onto the lane, from the top floors you look over all the roofs of the town.
The cottage has a full laundry room, kitchen and breakfast room, lounge and dining room on the main floor. These are all tastefully renovated to show the old beams, stonework and yet still have the comfort of modern day heating and appliances.
• The train station is about a 20 minute walk or a 2 minute drive.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Sherborne Golf Club Course is up along the London Road- a 10 minute drive from the cottage.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The cottage is within 1 minute of the nearest restaurant and shopping.
• The West Coast has many beaches and resort towns to visit such as Bournemouth and Weymouth- they are all about 1 hour away.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.
