This is a fully renovated historic house, right in the center of Old Sherborne Town, Dorset. Walk to the market, the old cobbled high street, shops, and pubs. Close also to the Sherborne Girls and Boys schools. The house is built on three floors and the stairs to the first floor is serviced with a handicap chair lift for seniors. The house is a great base for sightseeing the whole of the South West, coastal and inland, as well as Sherborne town itself!

The cottage is in a lane behind the old Alms House, most windows look out onto the lane, from the top floors you look over all the roofs of the town.

The cottage has a full laundry room, kitchen and breakfast room, lounge and dining room on the main floor. These are all tastefully renovated to show the old beams, stonework and yet still have the comfort of modern day heating and appliances.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.
