Lodging in Sicamous

Between July 1 and August 31 Guests may only arrive on: Saturday.

Guests have the OPTION of paying $100.00 Bedding & Towel fee for the cottage or bringing their own Bedding & Towels.
Studio in description is a bunk house which is a separate building off the master bedroom deck with 3 built-in bunk beds.
**Additional charges will apply and are based on age of occupants and maximum people over limit. Please contact us for specifics. No bedding is supplied with the bunk house.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Includes pine furniture set with pillow top mattress, 2 end tables, armoire, 2 pc master en suite, 15" LCD TV with built-in DVD player. 1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Includes Pewter bed, 2 end tables, armoire and beautiful Lake and Mountain views. 1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). Includes oak futon, 20" TV with N64 game system, armoire and beautiful Lake and Mountain views. 1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 2 Double Upper Bunk Beds (sleeps 4). Studio = Bunk house which is located in a separate building off the master bedroom deck, fun for children, will sleep 4-6. No washrooms in this building as it is used for sleeping accommodation only. Approx. 8 x 14. Additional charges will apply over max. limit, please contact us for more info. No bedding provided for this unit. Also may be used as a drying unit for sledders. 1 Twin Couch (sleeps 1). Located in the living room with 27" TV and DVD player. No bedding supplied.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet and one basin.

• Kelowna Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. Kelowna Airport is approximately 90 minutes west of Sicamous on Highway 1.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 4 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Vernon and Silver Star ski hill are located 45 minutes S. on Hwy 97A. Big White and Kelowna are approximately 90 minutes. Sun Peaks at Kamloops is also approx. 90 minutes.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). DeMille's Fresh Fruit & Market is the closest Gas, Liquor, Grocery, and fresh Fruit - approx. 10 min drive in Mara, Sicamous is 10 min drive, Enderby is 15 min drive, Salmon Arm is 15-20 minute drive. Shopping and attractions can be found all over the Shuswap and Okanagan Valley: Vernon and Revelstoke are 45 minute drive, Kelowna approx. 1 hour 15 min.

Mara Provincial Park is approx. 10 minute walk or 2 min. drive from our property. Our vacation home is across the road from Mara Lake. Boat & ski doo rentals are numerous on both Shuswap and Mara Lakes. There is picnic tables, pay and park boat & trailer parking lots, restrooms, large play/grass area at the park. Beach Equipment: Powerboat and Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: All within minutes from our place: Beach & Boat launch 2 min drive, snowmobile trails 5-10 min drive, Mara Provincial Park Beach 10 min. walk, hang gliding jump 10 min drive, historic Mara Village 5 min. drive, Canoe and Fish at Rosemond lake 45 min., Wineries and fruit stands (numerous) within 10-20 min drive, Owlshead and Queest Mountain offer world class snowmobiling, hiking, biking and quadding. Trail heads are located within Sicamous town limits - a 10 minute drive. Blue Lake and Eagles Pass snowmobile trails are located 10 - 20 minutes east of Sicamous on the Trans Canada Highway. Hunter's Range is located S. approx. 5 min., and we are minutes from Backus Racing approx. 5 min drive S.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Full refund of security deposit may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
