The surrounding area of Sicamous also includes, back country ATV tours, endless nature walks, a 240 foot Crazy Creek suspension bridge with canyon vistas, white water rafting and over 60 award winning wineries in the Okanagan Valley.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    10% discount for any booking 90 days in advance. $600 security/damage deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned 14 days after departure. Damage deposit includes respect of our NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy. If this policy is not followed, the renter will forgo the entire deposit. $100 replacement fee is applicable for any key/garage remote not returned.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
