Cottage sits steps from the crystal clear lake. Walk out onto a 10' by 40' dock that is sun filled all day. Launch your boat nearby and then moor it on a private buoy. Enjoy two decks that face the lake to enjoy both sun or shade areas and the fabulous sunsets. On cooler days or evenings cuddle around a campfire on the beach. Grass area available for games - area is shared with neighbors.

Area is very private located in a quiet family orientated area. Cedars trees surround the property.

    • Two decks that face the lake to catch the daytime rays and fabulous sunsets. Upper deck gets great morning sun. Deck has picnic table with umbrella and reclining chairs with foot stools. Lower deck has shade in the mornings and early afternoon. Full sun hits the lower deck in late afternoon and evening. A great place to unwind and watch the sunsets. Large 10' by 40' dock. Plenty to lounging chairs to soak up the rays and read a book. buoy available for renter's use Lawn area which is perfect for games and shared with neighbors. Fire pit available on beach.

    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Lake view on lower floor with deck out front. Bedside tables with lamps and a dresser. Also has a toddler bed in room.

    1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Small room on upper floor with bedside tables and lamps plus a dresser. Next to bathroom
    Alcove
    1 Twin Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). Located on lower floor. Not in a enclosed room but open to the rest of this floor containing storage and deep freeze.
    Family Room
    Contains two love seats and two rocker chairs. Kitchen oversees the family room. Large eating nook with table that accommodates 8 - 10 people

    Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    Payment to be forwarded via mail or priority post.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
