This is a lakefront complex and you have a beautiful view of Shuswap Lake from the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen of the Unit. You are on ground level so just walk out your patio doors onto your deck and then onto beautifully kept lawn that runs in front of the complex. From your Living Room and Deck, you have a gorgeous and unobstructed view of the lake with the mountains in the background at the other side of the lake.

    This is a lakefront complex and you have a beautiful view of Shuswap Lake from the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen of the Unit. You are on ground level so just walk out your patio doors onto your deck and then onto beautifully kept lawn that runs in front of the complex. Standing on your deck, you have an unobstructed view of the lake... to the left you will see the Anglemont Marina which has boats moored at it's docks. To the right you will see the floating swimmer's dock that belongs to the complex as well as as roped off swimmer's area with the mountains in the background at the other side of the lake. It truly is a fabulous view! In the evening at 9:00 pm the complex is lit with lamp posts that run along the front of the complex.

    More Information
    There are coin laundry facilities in the complex. The unit has it's own barbeque. Picnic tables are shared between two units. The barbeque is located in front of the unit, across the lawn and beside the railing on the retaining wall and beside the picnic tables. Because this unit is on the ground level, and there is no railing on the deck, your deck and lawn area become an extension of your living room!

    Distances
    • The airports that would service the Shuswap Lake area would be either Kelowna, BC or Kamloops, BC Airports. The drive from the Kamloops Airport would be 1.5 hours and from Kelowna, approximately 2 hours.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is a Golf Course in the Village of Anglemont which is a short 5 minute drive from the complex.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There is a Grocery Store and Marina right next door that can be accessed by walking along the beach for a short distance. They also have a fast food Burger Bus. For actual dining you would drive to Celista which is 15 KM away, or Scotch Creek which is 25 KM. At Scotch Creek there is a full service Supermarket, Entertainment Center with Bumper Boats, restaurant etc. Scotch Creek can be accessed by road or by boat. There is also Saint Ives which is 7 KM and has a pub and restaurant.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is large pebbles. This is a lakefront unit, so you just go out your front patio doors, onto your deck, across the grass, down about 10 stairs to the beach level and you are there! There is a roped off swimmer's area as well as a floating dock for swimmers.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to two night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
