This cabin is set on 1/2 acre with tree lot at the rear. Area for kids to play and be safe.

More Information

This large cabin is ideal for family reunions and other large family gatherings. Domestic water supply from on site drilled well. A wood stove in the kitchen may be used on rainy days. Instructions are provided.

Kelowna International Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. Domestic flights to Kelowna - 1.5 hour drive. CP Rail at Sicamous - 10 km. drive north.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby. Golf courses at Sicamous: > Eagle River Golf and Country Club > Hyde Mountain on Mara Lake Golf Course 15 minute drive.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Shopping and restaurant at Sicamous which is 10 km. to the north. Small concession at local camp ground for kid treats (5 min. walk).
Lake is located within a 2 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Cabin is semi water front on Mara Lake - cross the road and one lot to public access beach. Several choices of beach surface are available (smooth sand to course sand with small pebbles). Two minute walk. There is a resort about 500 meters that charge for moorage. Boat launch about 500 meters down the road.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Cash
There will be a 25.00 min charge if any dirty dishes are left in unit. There will be a 25.00 min charge if any garbage is left at unit.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
