    You can look down into the courtyard and view the putting green, pool and hot tub. You can look into the channel and watch the boats go by, or gaze at the bald eagles and ospreys soaring over the lush mountains across the channel.

    • Kelowna Airport is 1 1/2 hours away.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Hyde Mountain Golf Course is right across the channel, and either a 5 minute boat ride or 5 minute car ride away. This course has some of the most spectacular views anywhere. Salmon Arm Golf Course is 25 minutes away and is another challenging 18 hole course. Salmon Arm Golf Course, also has a beautiful executive course. Eagle River is a 9 hole course located in Sicamous. There is mini golf in Sicamous for the children.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Big White Ski Resort in Kelowna, Silver Star Ski Resort in Vernon, Sun Peaks in Kamloops, are nearby. Sicamous has some of the best snowmobiling in the country.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Sicamous offers all the amenities you would need. If you wanted to shop at an enclosed mall, you could drive to Salmon Arm, or Vernon.
    • Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. From your deck you have a view of the channel which runs between Mara Lake and Shuswap Lake. Your boat slip is 100 yards away. Sicamous Public Beach is a short walk and provides excellent swimming and is equipped with a children's playground, beach volleyball, large field for playing soccer or baseball. Beyond the public beach there is a beautiful sandy beach that can also be accessed. Mara Lake and Shuswap lake have a wide range of boat-in areas with beautiful beaches. The boat launch is minutes away.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
