There is a small Swiss family-run restaurant 5-10 minutes away from Sicamous. Salmon Arm has a population of 16,000 and offers full shopping facilities including shopping malls and hospital 30 minutes away. Summertime, the Lake is located within a 15 minute(s) walk. Our vacation home is close to Mara Lake. There is access to the Shuswap lake from the public beach in Sicamous - 15 minute walk, or the Mara Lake Provincial Park - 15 minute drive. There is a beach within 5 minutes driving distance with a public boat launch and playground. Houseboating and ski boat rentals available on both lakes. World class golf! Ten minute drive to the Enchanted Forest - a personal favorite!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
