    Payment Details
    2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • A maximum of 2 pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 500 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
