    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    Security/Damage deposit of $500 is required for all nightly rentals and weekly rentals. Deposits will be returned 14 days after departure. Damage deposit includes respect of our NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy. If this policy is not followed, the renter will forgo the entire deposit.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
