Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
10% discount for any booking 90 days in advance. Boat slip is included, but registration fees and trailer storage are an additional $150. $600 security/damage deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned 14 days after departure. Damage deposit includes respect of our NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy. If this policy is not followed, the renter will forgo the entire deposit. $100 replacement fee is applicable for any key not returned.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
