More Information

The Riverside Condos is located on the narrows, nestled amid the Monashee Mountains on the shores of Mara and Shuswap Lakes. Fishing, boating, water sports and sandy beaches are unlimited on the warm pristine lakes. Also in the Sicamous area there are gorgeous lake view golf courses, mini-golf, go karts, water-slides, hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, and of course great ice cream from the local dairy. Sicamous, also known as the houseboat capital of Canada, is the "recreational destination for all seasons and reasons"! Not only is this the houseboat capital, it has superb sledding as well. The groomed snow trails on the four local mountains feature riding for every level of experience ... novice to extreme. You can snowmobile, golf, and boat all in the same weekend!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
