Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Enjoy the restaurant right next door, which also has a liquor store or take a short walk up main street to find a number of other great places to eat.
The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The dock is private. There is room for 1 boats. The main beach is a short walk away, you can bring the boat and beach it nearby. With clear warm water the swimming is great! Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
Nearby Attractions: In the summer you can take a short boat trip over to Hyde Mountain for a day of golf or just lunch. Once moored, call up to the office and they will send someone to pick you up. You can also drive over, a short 10 mins. and you are there. This golf coarse has some of the best views of any. Salmon Arm also has a beautiful 18 hole course, if you are in for a short 30 minute drive. Sicamous also has a mini golf course just for the kids.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
No children are allowed under 2 years old.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Pool heat is included in rates.
