    1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Large room with brand new king size bed. Bedding provided - duvet blanket (no feathers) and two king size pillows & two standard memory foam pillows. French doors onto large balcony overlooking resort complex and views of Mara Lake. Two large closets. Absolutely beautiful. Newly renovated April 2008. Ensuite bathroom.

    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). New queen bed with window, closet space and dresser. Bedding provided - duvet blanket (no feathers) - two standard memory foam pillows. Renovated April 2008.
    Bedroom
    1 Twin Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Roll Away (sleeps 1). Perfect room for children. Twin day bed with pull out bottom with other twin day bed and drawer space under bed for storage. New beds - memory foam. Crib for infants. Bedding for cribs available, however it is recommended to bring own bedding or extra bedding for infants.

    Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower and one basin.

    If you require more space, and wish to rent out more than one unit at a time, this house is easily converted and open to two other suites. Please contact us for full house rental rates. Full house rental sleeps a maximum of 10. Two occupants unit 1, two occupants in unit 2 and six occupants in Unit 3.

    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $35/hour after 7 days rental.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
