All new furniture, bed and appliances. Alpine Village Resort is located in the quiet community of Swansea Point (10km from Sicamous) just steps away from the Mara Lake public beach and boat launch. Special Conditions
Renters do not have access to the resort park with pool which is located directly behind the house. This park area is strictly for use of owners within the park only.
Maximum Occupants
Check in days any day of the week. Check out time is 10am, unless otherwise discussed with the owner. A fee of $25 per hour will otherwise be charged for cleaning. Cleaning staff is booked based on check out times at a rate of $25 per hour. Thank you for your understanding. 2 persons

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Large studio - loft style open concept bed and living space. New Sealy Posterpedic aqua 2 bed. Bedding supplied - duvet blanket and two pillows. Bedding for pull out couch. Patio doors off room to large private deck overlooking resort complex, Mara Lake and mountain views.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub and one basin.

There is a summer day camp in the area for children ages 5 - 12 offering organized activities, arts and crafts, beach fun and more! Half day prices $10, full day prices $18, weekly pass (five days) $75 and monthly pass (20 days)for $275. Camp starts June 29th until August 28th 2009. See your unit guide upon arrival for details.

Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $35/hour after 7 days rental. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
