Guests may only arrive on: Monday and Tuesday.
Special Conditions
Renters do not have access to the resort park with pool which is located directly behind the house. This park area is strictly for use of owners within the park only.
Check in days are listed as Monday and Tuesday. However, it may be possible to check in on another day. Units are cleaned on Monday; if there has been no renters since that time, you can check in on other days of the week. Please contact us for more info.

    If you require more space, and wish to rent out more than one unit at a time, this house is easily converted and open to two other suites. Please contact us for full house rental rates. Full house rental sleeps a maximum of 10. Two occupants unit 1, two occupants in unit 2 and six occupants in Unit 3.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
