Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Special Conditions

Renters do not have access to the resort park with pool which is located directly behind the house. This park area is strictly for use of owners within the park only.
Check out time is 10am, unless otherwise discussed with the owner. A fee of $25 per hour will otherwise be charged for cleaning. Cleaning staff is booked based on check out times at a rate of $25 per hour. Thank you for your understanding.

Are you traveling with Children? There is a summer day camp in the area for children ages 5 - 12 offering organized activities, arts and crafts, beach fun and more! Half day prices $10, full day prices $18, weekly pass (five days) $75 and monthly pass (20 days)for $275. Camp starts June 29th until August 28th 2009. See your unit guide upon arrival for details.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
