Enjoy your vacation at one of our beautiful lodges set in 16 acres where you have the sound of water from the creek coming down the landscaped gardens. Relax at the outdoor swimming pool, walk the trail to Rodgers Falls, enjoy your patio barbecue and games room. The sandy beaches at Mara Provincial Park, and boat launch are just across the road from us where your family can have more great fun. Your hosts from England, look forward to hearing from you. If you are a larger group, perhaps looking for a place to have a family reunion, we have two other lodges units ID 116958 & ID 117444.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 60 minute(s). If you are into winter sports you have two great ski hill's in between us there is Silver Star and Revelstoke mountain resort both taking 60 minutes to get to.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Shopping from the local town is Sicamous which has restaurants and gifts. Then you have Salmon Arm which is 30 minutes from here with a larger selection of restaurants also there is the movies.
• Lake is located within a 1 minute(s) walk. Beach surface is fine sand. Great within walking distance, swimming and picnic area Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: At Silver Star you have also got the chance to go on mountain bike tails in the summer. There are some fantastic water falls and much more for one to enjoy in the Okanagan
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Cash
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
