Here you can come and relax and enjoy the sounds from the creek running through the lovely landscaped gardens, enjoy your patio and barbecue. The inviting outdoor swimming pool, and games room. Or enjoy the sandy beaches of Mara Provincial Park and boat launch just across the road from us. Your hosts from England, look forward to hearing from you.     • Kelowna International Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. From the property you turn left onto highway 97a which will take you to Kelowna Airport.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 6 golf course(s) nearby.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 60 minute(s). You will find that Silver Star is 60 minutes from the property and then you have Revelstoke mountain resort that is 60 minutes in the other direction. Both are great ski hill's with loads to do including other activities.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Sicamous is just a 20 minutes drive with having restaurants and shopping facilities . Also you have Salmon Arm which is a 30 minutes drive which has a larger selection of shops and restaurants. We have a local store 5 minutes from the property which you can buy all local grown products and fill up with gas.
    • Lake is located within a 1 minute(s) walk. Beach surface is fine sand. Within just a stones throw away, just walking across the road we have the lovely Mara beach which offers a picnic area also having the beauty of looking at the scenery of the mountain's and lake that you can have fun swimming in with all the family.     • Nearby Attractions: Some thing we never thought we would be so lucky to have is an outside drive in movie called the starlight drive in theatre fun for all the family which is only 20 minutes from here. Also we have to roots and blues festival which is held every August. Hanley Heritage village and museum. Also you could try out the local wines or go on tours
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
