More Information

Unit has 46' deep water slip located at the end of the middle dock of the Narrows condominium boat slips where there is always deep water and where it is easy to get in and out of the dock area. Unit is on the 2nd floor next door to the elevators and almost directly above the 2 assigned parking spaces in the underground parking garage. Unit is an end unit with extra windows providing lots of natural lighting.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
