More Information

Pictures just don't do this place justice. As you make the scenic drive along the shores of Mara Lake to Swansea Point, the stresses of day to day city life begin to dissipate and by the time you make your way through Swansea Point to the lake and our place you'll be in full vacation mode. You'll be caught up in the beautiful and peaceful surroundings...and the only thing to think about is what to do first - go for a swim, have a hot tub, walk along the beach, go boating, take a hike along a creek in the nearby mountains, go golfing, rev up the barbeque, enjoy a beverage on the deck, have a nice meal out, take in some wine testing, light up the camp fire or take in the nearby drive-in theatre.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
The damage deposit will be refunded 2 week after rental if there is no damage and the house is left clean.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
