Eagle River Retreat

This large walkout suite is self contained with a full kitchen, large living room, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and games area. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 12. Access to the Eagle River is via a private path and sandy beach. For snowmobiling enthusiasts there is plenty of parking and several drying racks available.

This walkout basement suite is located on a very private 5 acre peninsula on the Eagle River in the town of Sicamous. Access is 3 blocks from the Trans Canada highway on a paved town road. Unserviced camping spots are available for larger groups.

The main floor of this house may also be available for extra sleeping rooms(up to 3 more bedrooms).
