This walkout basement suite is located on a very private 5 acre peninsula on the Eagle River in the town of Sicamous. Access is 3 blocks from the Trans Canada highway on a paved town road. Unserviced camping spots are available for larger groups. The main floor of this house is also available for extra sleeping rooms(up to 3 more bedrooms).

• River is located within a 1 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. This property has a large(up to 1 acre-depending on the time of year)private beach. The beach is approximately 2 miles up the Eagle river from the Shuswap main lake. Boat access from the Shuswap is limited to 5 kph. Only careful navigation around sand bars and tree stumps allows boat access to this property. The river is ideal for canoeing,kayaking,floating,etc.
2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
