The view from the condo complex is outstanding. It looks upon the narrows channel between Shuswap Lake and Mara Lake and the houseboat and marine activity in the narrows is interesting and exciting. Beautifully forested mountains surround the lakes and townsite of Sicamous.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Damage Deposit Returned may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
