The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $40.00 per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
