There is a private dock that belongs to this unit. There is also a Foosball-table and a table tennis table in the garage. If a crib and/or high chair are required, please reserve with owner at time of booking.

Distances

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are numerous golf courses in the area for all ability levels.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). A vehicle is required to drive about 1 hour 10 minutes to Silver Star Ski Resort or about 1 hour 45 minutes to Sun Peaks Resort. There are X-country ski trails in the hills surrounding Sicamous and it is famous for its Snowmobile trails.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). It is a 10 - 15 min. walk or 1 min. drive to the heart of Sicamous with everything available from large grocery store, pub, liquor store, restaurants etc.
• Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. This resort is beach front with a private sandy beach on Mara Lake (Shuswap)with only a few steps to the water. The size of the beach depends on time of year (water level). Behind the beach is a grassy area. This unit is in the 2nd row with view to the beach and water. There are lots of beach toys. There are some life vests. There is a volleyball net on the beach and a private ball. There is a safe swimming area with a slide on a dock. There is a private boat slip reserved for only the use of the renter/guest of our unit. There is additional possibility of parking small vessel (seedoo) on the beach.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

40% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 40%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
